Hello and welcome!
My name is Anne-Marie, and I’ve been blessed to be considered one of the best Realtors in Florida since I began in real estate in 2005. During my career, I have helped hundreds of my valued clients buy, sell or invest in property and bring their real estate dreams to life, and I'm proud to be ranked as one of the top 175 Realtors in Central Florida.
Simply put, I love what I do.
To me, it’s not just about houses – it’s about people and their dreams for their future. As a lifelong resident of Florida, I am passionate about providing my clients the best support, information, expertise, knowledge, and advocacy as they buy or sell a home in the Sunshine State. As a real estate agent who specializes in first-time homebuyers, luxury properties, and investment purchases, I am grateful to have been able to serve clients from all walks of life since 2005. At the end of the day, I want my clients to know they have a fierce negotiator in their corner – I want them to rest assured that in me they have found a friend and confidant who will stop at nothing to meet their wants, needs, dreams, and goals.
Anne-Marie not only works hard for her clients, she works hard to bring about change in her community. Anne-Marie was named Florida Realtor’s Hometown Hero for bringing a once in a lifetime opportunity for children with special needs together in dance with the principal dancers of the Orlando Ballet. The program, Come Dance With Us, has grown and continues to receive rave reviews, and was even featured on ABC’s World News Tonight, with David Muir. Clients often tell me they feel more confident and less pressured when we work together, and that’s exactly what I want. With over 20 years in the business and a ranking in the top 175 Realtors in Central Florida, I bring both experience and heart to every conversation. I don’t just market homes, I guide people through a major life decision with clarity, strategy, and care.
I always knew I wanted to work in real estate. Before getting licensed, I worked in advertising agencies and corporate marketing departments after earning my degree in Advertising and Public Relations from UCF. But I wanted something more personal — something where I could use those skills to help people directly. That’s when I made the move into real estate, and I’ve never looked back.
To me, success is about process and execution. After 20 years and hundreds of homes sold, I know what works and what doesn’t, and I bring that experience into every decision. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’ll plug you into a proven strategy that’s been tested and refined over two decades.
I’m not part of a big real estate team, when you work with me, you get me. But I’m far from working alone. I have a highly skilled transaction coordinator, a trusted lender, reliable inspectors, and go-to service pros for just about anything that might come up. My job is to solve problems before they become problems, and I’ve built the right network to do just that.
I work with all types of clients, from first-time buyers to luxury sellers, investors, and out-of-state relocations. The common thread is that I know exactly what to do to help each person move forward. Whether someone needs a calm guide or a fierce negotiator, I’m ready to step into that role and lead them through it.
It always starts with people. I care deeply about my clients and what they’re walking through, whether that’s a first-time buyer feeling overwhelmed, someone going through a divorce, or a family downsizing after years of memories. I pair empathy with a clear path forward. Strategy doesn’t mean cold, it just means we’ll have a plan that works.
Whatever way works best for you. You can call, text, email, fill out the contact form on my website, or schedule a time directly through my Calendly link. I want this to feel easy and personal from the very beginning, so I’ll meet you wherever you’re comfortable.
I started my real estate career in 2005 after leaving my job in advertising. At the time, I was managing over 300 projects at an agency, working with a national real estate investment trust. I knew I wanted a career where I could have a direct impact and help people one-on-one. Real estate felt like the right fit, and it has been ever since.
Since 2005, I’ve worked full-time as a solo agent. I began with Coldwell Banker for 12 years, then joined a boutique brokerage in Oviedo, and now work with Mainframe Real Estate in downtown Orlando.
In 2024, I was ranked in the top 175 agents in our board of Realtors out of more than 22,000 agents. I hold the GRI designation and am a Certified Negotiation Specialist. That same year, I received the H.A.T. Award (Heart. Attitude. Tenacity.) from Orlando Real Producers Magazine, an honor voted on by my peers.
I help buyers and sellers in equal measure, guiding them through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives with care, clarity, and experience.
I’ve lived in Oviedo since 2002. My office is in downtown Orlando, and I work with clients across Central Florida—from Lake Mary to Windermere, Lake Nona, Winter Park, and everywhere in between.
As a top Realtor in Oviedo, I’ve sold homes in nearly every neighborhood in the area. I have deep experience with single-family homes, including pool homes, new builds, and investment properties.
Whether someone is relocating, downsizing, or looking for their first home, I understand the details that matter in each part of the Central Florida market.
Over the years, I’ve helped a wide range of clients. That includes first-time buyers, out-of-state relocations, military families using VA loans, estate sales, divorce situations, and investors looking to build their portfolios. I also regularly work with homeowners who are downsizing.
I’ve worked through every major market cycle—starting with the 2008 crash and short sale wave, through balanced and fast-paced seller markets, and the COVID-19 surge. I bring calm, clear direction no matter what the market is doing.
I personally oversee every step of the listing and buying process. That includes helping clients prepare their home for sale, working with trusted photographers, coordinating repairs when needed, and making sure every detail is handled.
I have a close network of professionals—lenders, inspectors, contractors, and a transaction coordinator—who support each transaction to help things go smoothly.
In addition to working with buyers and sellers, I also teach other agents how to use AI and technology. I co-founded Furthre, a PropTech startup built to support Realtors with smart tools that save time and improve their marketing.
