Recently, Anne-Marie was awarded the H.A.T. (Heart.Attitude.Tenacity.) by Orlando Real Producers Magazine voted on by her industry peers in the Orlando Board of Realtors. Anne-Marie is heavily involved with UCF, is a powerful speaker and fundraiser sharing her family’s story for Ronald McDonald House, is involved with Special Olympics Cheerleading and has spearheaded programs at the Orlando Ballet in collaboration with Nemours and Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital for children who have disabilities. Founded in 2018, The Come Dance with Us Program at the Orlando Ballet was featured locally and nationally on ABC’s World News and Report. Anne-Marie is an advocate at heart and tenaciously advocates for causes near and dear to her heart, as well as for all of her buyers and sellers.
Robert Wurzel

Robert Wurzel is a licensed Realtor, entrepreneur, and business builder with more than 27 years of sales and leadership experience. Before entering real estate, he built The Wurzel Insurance Agency into one of Florida’s top-performing firms and later sold the company. Robert still maintains his Florida insurance licenses, giving him valuable insight into how insurance can impact real estate transactions. His background helps the team anticipate potential insurance hurdles early and guide clients through underwriting concerns that can affect a closing.
Today, Robert works alongside Anne-Marie helping buyers and sellers navigate the process with clear communication and thoughtful strategy. He also leads the operational and technology side of the business, designing systems and AI-powered tools that keep transactions organized and clients well supported.
Outside of real estate, Robert is the creative force behind Second Born Art, producing expressive works inspired by faith, family, and perseverance.
